Every Cybertruck on the road, from the base Dual Motor AWD to the Cyberbeast, shares the same 6×139.7 bolt pattern with an 84.1mm center bore. That consistency is the good news. The bad news is that bolt pattern alone tells you almost nothing about whether a given wheel will actually work on your truck, and we get more fitment questions on this one point than anything else we sell.

To make matters even more interesting, most aftermarket wheel companies can make almost any wheel from their lineup for the Cybertruck. However, the Cybertruck can easily accept fitments from 18 inches to 24 inches, giving you a wide range that pretty much covers almost every build intent on this truck, and the diameter you pick should follow function, not ego.

18 and 20-inch wheels are the sweet spot if you actually take the truck off pavement. They let you run taller sidewalls, which means more cushion over washboard and rocks, more give before you bend a rim, and an easier path to a proper all-terrain or mud-terrain tire without rubbing. Beadlock-style 18-inch wheels exist specifically for this crowd, letting you air down aggressively for traction without popping a bead on the trail.

The 21-inch and 22-inch wheels are the daily-driver compromise. You keep most of the factory ride quality and tire selection while sharpening the truck’s stance a bit. This is where most owners who split time between commuting and light trail use end up.

However, if your Cybertruck rarely leaves the pavement and you care more about presence than payload, this is a legitimate choice. If you tow or off-road, it isn’t.

Offset, Backspacing, and Why “It Bolts On” Isn’t the Same as “It Fits”

Bolt pattern refers to the wheel being physically attached to the hub. Offset determines whether it actually clears the fender, the brake caliper, and the suspension components without rubbing. Push offset too negative, and the wheel pokes out past the fender line, adding stress to wheel bearings and steering components over time. Go too positive and you risk the inner barrel hitting the control arm or brake hardware, especially once you add a lift or larger tire.

This matters more on the Cybertruck than on most trucks because of curb weight. A Cyberbeast pushes close to 6,900 pounds, and the Dual Motor AWD isn’t far behind. Beyond wheels and tires, the accessory categories that get real use are wheel spacers for owners chasing a flush look without a full offset change, TPMS-compatible valve stems and sensors matched to whatever wheel you land on, and skid plates or rock sliders for anyone running the truck the way Tesla’s marketing suggested it could be run. Aesthetic add-ons like wheel caps and center cap badging matter less mechanically but are where many owners personalize the truck without touching fitment at all.

The Dual Motor AWD Is Finally Showing Up in Real Numbers

The $59,990 Dual Motor AWD variant that Tesla opened orders for in February 2026 spent months as more promise than product. Demand blew past what Giga Texas could initially produce, and delivery windows originally pegged for June slipped into September and October, with some later orders pushed as far as April 2027. Drone footage over the factory in May showed what appeared to be genuine production batches of the trim finally rolling through the line, and pricing on the entry variant has since moved up to $69,990 as Tesla works through the order backlog.

The Dual Motor AWD is the volume trim, the one that’s going to define the next wave of Cybertrucks parking in driveways instead of factory lots.
